Du implementierst Personio, Factorial und weitere HRIS-Plattformen für mittelständische Kunden. Von Anforderungsanalyse über Konfiguration bis zum Go-Live. Du verstehst HR-Prozesse, sprichst mit Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe und arbeitest hands-on im System. Beratung trifft Umsetzung — ohne Beratervortrag, dafür mit echtem Ergebnis. Voraussetzungen: HR-Background oder HRIS-Erfahrung, Lust auf Software, Eigenverantwortung.
